Ohio Wesleyan University senior Roemello Cook (Akron/Buchtel) has been named a North Coast Athletic Conference Player of the Week for the week of Feb. 8, it was announced by the NCAC.

Cook, a member of the Ohio Wesleyan men's track & field team, was named Men's Sprinter/Hurdler of the Week.

Cook finished 12th in the Gold Division of the 60-meter hurdles at the Akron Invitational, clocking an :08.37.  He was the top Division III finisher in the event.
