Ohio Wesleyan University senior Makinzie Krebsbach (Vadnais Heights, Minn./Totino-Grace) and freshman Courtney Tincher (Zanesville/West Muskingum) have been named North Coast Athletic Conference Players of the Week for the week of Sept. 12, it was announced by the NCAC.
Tincher, a member of the Ohio Wesleyan women's golf team, was named Women's Golfer of the Week. In the Ohio Wesleyan Invitational on Saturday, Tincher carded an 87, tying for second place among individuals and missing medalist honors by a single shot. The 87 is the lowest competitive round turned in by an Ohio Wesleyan women's golfer since the team began competition during the 2010-11 academic year.
