Why did you choose Ohio Wesleyan?
I have the opportunity to not only excel in my sport, but I also have the freedom to explore different communities found in the university.
Why did you choose your major?
It gives me the opportunity to have two different licenses in the state of Ohio or sets me up for teaching in other states. The education department here is a close-knit community that is super helpful and supportive of one another.
How/why did you choose your sport/position?
Lacrosse was new to my hometown and I decided to try to learn lacrosse and if I did not like it, I would quit. It's been 8 years since then and I have fallen in love with the game. It's fast-paced and high-scoring as well as a lot of fun.
Why do you like your sport/position?
The team aspect is my favorite part. Everyone comes in with different skills and abilities. The team is super close and always so much fun before practices and games.
What are your strengths as an athlete (as an individual)?
I like to think I am adaptable and a team player. I also think that I have a good work ethic, which helps me strive to get better everyday.
Is there a specific coach or teammate who has helped you get where you are?
Coach Paige (Messersmith) has helped me so much last semester adjust to college life and has always been helpful whenever I have questions about the game. She also is so much fun to talk to and has helped me feel more at home at OWU.
If you could visit another time, when would it be and why?
Honestly, I’d say the '90s and the early 2000s because of the different fashions and music. Seeing pictures from this era make it seem like it was so much fun.
What is your theme song?
Pure Water by Mustard & Migos
Which reality show would you like to star on and why?
I feel like I want to be on like any show that involves interior designing or realty, mainly because I love the whole idea of helping others find houses and seeing people's visions for their home come to life.
