Major: Psychology
Why did you choose Ohio Wesleyan?
I chose OWU because of the beautiful campus and all the amazing opportunities they have to offer.
Why did you choose your major?
Psychology is so complex, but at the same time it makes perfect sense. I love learning about why people do the things they do and why they think the way they do.
What is your favorite memory on an Ohio Wesleyan team?
We played kickball at practice before our big playoff game!
Why do you like your position?
I get to do a little bit of everything and I'm always moving! I'm a defender, but I can also have the freedom sometimes to attack.
What are your strengths as an athlete (as an individual)?
Mental toughness and perseverance
What athletic or academic achievement/accomplishment are you most proud of? What did you do to put yourself in a position to achieve that?
Biggest academic accomplishment was going abroad. It changed my perspective on life, and I feel that I learned more than I ever could in a classroom. Taking the risk of living across the world for 4 months was huge for me.
What is your favorite place to eat in Delaware, and what is your go-to dish there?
Fresh Start Cafe and Bakery! I love coffee and breakfast sandwiches, so my favorite dish is the "classic" on a plain bagel with black coffee!
What is your theme song?
"Humble and Kind" by Tim McGraw
What advice would you give to someone considering becoming a student-athlete?
It's completely okay to fail sometimes. Failure is inevitable, so make the most of it.
What is your dream job and why?
My dream job is to travel the world and write stories about it.
