Box Score
Ohio Wesleyan 93, Oberlin 60

Sophomore post Claude Gray (Avon) had 7 points during a game-opening 12-0 run and finished with a career-high 26 to lead 18th-ranked Ohio Wesleyan over Oberlin in North Coast Athletic Conference play on Wednesday in Oberlin.

Gray opened the evening's scoring with a jumper from the lane on the initial possession of the game, then followed with a 3-pointer.  After a 3-pointer by senior guard Taylor Rieger (Lewis Center/Olentangy Orange), Gray's lay-in stretched the Bishop lead to 10-0, and senior post Reuel Rogers (Columbus/Bexley) added a dunk on the fast break for a 12-0 margin just over 3 minutes into the contest.

Oberlin got on the scoreboard with a Geoff Simpson lay-in at the 15:39 mark, but Gray answered with a 3-pointer at the other end for a 15-2 Ohio Wesleyan lead.

Trifectas by junior wing Nick Felhaber (Holland/Toledo St. John's) and Gray sparked a 15-4 Bishop run that extended the margin to 30-9, and 3-pointers from Gray and freshman guard Seth Clark (Lewis Center/Olentangy) were part of an 11-2 run to close the first half, giving Ohio Wesleyan a 51-22 lead.  The Bishop lead would remain at least 25 points throughout the remainder of the contest.

Gray finished with a career-high 26 points on 10-for-12 shooting, including 6-of-7 from 3-point range.  Felhaber added 13 points, and Rogers scored 12 points and led the Bishops with 8 rebounds.  Senior wing Dre White (Lima/Bath) led the Bishops with 5 assists.

Simpson led Oberlin with 19 points.
