Ohio Wesleyan University junior Kyle Hogan (Centerburg) was named to the D3football.com All-America teams, it was announced by D3football.com.

Hogan, a defensive end for the Battling Bishops, was a first-team All-America selection as a special-teams player.

Hogan blocked 5 kicks this season, with 3 coming in a game against eventual North Coast Athletic Conference tri-champion Denison and 2 coming in an Ohio Wesleyan win over Oberlin, earning him D3football.com Team of the Week recognition after both performances.  Hogan's 5 blocked kicks tied for third in NCAA Division III.

The Battling Bishops finished the season with a 4-6 record. Ohio Wesleyan was 4-5 in NCAC competition, tying for fifth place in the final league standings.
