Box Score
DePauw 75, Ohio Wesleyan 70

Freshman wing Ethan Stanislawski (Massilon/Jackson) sank a pair of 3-pointers as Ohio Wesleyan sprinted to an early 9-2 lead, but DePauw opened the second half with an 11-0 run and went on to a North Coast Athletic Conference win over the Bishops on Saturday in Greencastle, Ind.

Stanislawski opened the day's scoring with a 3-pointer 20 seconds into the action and followed with another long-range shot for a 6-0 Bishop lead.  After Nolan Ginther put the Tigers on the scoreboard, junior guard Jaret Gerber (Worthington/Thomas Worthington) followed with a 3-pointer to give the Bishops a 9-2 advantage.

DePauw scored the next 9 points, taking an 11-9 lead on a 3-pointer by Matthew Godfrey, but 3-pointers by Gerber and Stanislawski helped Ohio Wesleyan built a 6-point lead late in the half, which ended with the Bishops ahead, 36-30.

Nick Felke connected from downtown to open the second-half scoring for DePauw, and lay-ins by Felke and Luke Steinhart gave the Tigers the lead.  A pair of Ginther free throws and an Aaron Shank jumper extended the DePauw lead to 41-36 with 14:34 left in regulation time.

Ohio Wesleyan closed to within a single digit on more than one occasion, and the Bishops rallied behind a 3-point play and a lay-in by junior post Grant Gossard (Westerville/Olentangy Orange) to pull within 70-66 with 1:31 left in regulation time, but the Tigers closed out the game by going 5-for-8 from the free throw line during the final minute.

Stanislawski led the Bishops with 25 points.  Gossard finished with 13 points and Gerber scored 11 points.  Freshman wing Gabe Johnson (Chicago, Ill./Wheaton St. Francis) led the Bishops with 9 rebounds.

Ginther led DePauw with 19 points.
