Denison 5, Ohio Wesleyan 0 (exhibition)

Denison built a 3-0 halftime lead and went on to a win over Ohio Wesleyan in an exhibition game on Saturday in Granville.

Senior forward Ashley Smiley (Delaware/Hayes) had a look at the Denison goal in the ninth minute, but the shot was saved.

Meg Rogan put the Big Red on the scoreboard with a rebound goal in 19th minute.

Senior Emma Hall (Grand Rapids, Mich./Forest Hills Central) kept the game close with back-to-back saves of shots from point-blank range in the 21st minute.

Maddie Reap scored for a 2-0 Denison lead in the 32nd minute, and Leland Keller hit a 23-yard shot in the 40th minute for a 3-0 Big Red lead.

Abby King scored a pair of second-half goals for Denison.
