Ohio Wesleyan was ranked No. 13 in the preseason United Soccer Coaches Division III men's soccer rankings, it was announced by United Soccer Coaches.

Ohio Wesleyan and head coach Jay Martin open the 2021 season at Hope College on Friday, Sept. 3, in Holland, Mich.  The Bishops' home opener is slated for Friday, Sept. 10, when Muskingum visits the Jay Martin Soccer Complex as part of the annual Fred Myers-adidas® Invitational. 

In 2019, the Bishops advanced to the third round of the NCAA Division III tournament, Ohio Wesleyan's 29th appearance in the final 16 teams, and finished the season with a 15-5-4 overall record.  During the spring of 2020-21, Ohio Wesleyan played 4 exhibition games, compiling a 3-0-1 record in those contests.
