Freshman midfielder Tiffany Trinh (Dublin/Scioto) scored in the 75th minute to give Ohio Wesleyan a North Coast Athletic Conference win over DePauw on Wednesday in Greencastle, Ind.

Ohio Wesleyan had earned a free kick a few feet away from the corner of the field, and Trinh curled the kick directly into the Tiger goal.

DePauw had enjoyed an 8-3 lead in shots during the first half, but only one of those found its way on goal, with freshman goalkeeper Natalie Ryan (Beavercreek/Dayton Carroll) denying Anissa Nourse in the 31st minute.

After taking the lead, the Bishops allowed only one shot to the Tigers, that coming after a corner kick in the 82nd minute, but Grace Truax's shot went wide.

DePauw outshot Ohio Wesleyan, 14-10.  Ryan finished with 1 save in the Bishop goal.
