The Bishops assembled a 6-0 run that included a kill and a block from sophomore middle blocker Claire Solberg (Huron) on the way to a 10-8 lead in the second set, and Ohio Wesleyan still led, 17-16, after a kill from junior outside hitter Melissa Murray (Chardon/Notre Dame-Cathedral Latin), but Denison scored the next 4 points, getting a kill from Cailey Johns and an ace by Sophie Tight, and finished the set with a 4-1 run that included 2 kills by Anderson.

Ohio Wesleyan took a 10-9 lead in the third set on a kill from senior outside hitter Eliza Richardson (Lakewood), but Anderson zipped straight 3 aces during a 5-0 Denison run that opened up a 19-13 lead.  The Bishops closed to within 22-20 on a Peters kill, but the Big Red ended the match as Jenna Corrao recorded an ace and Anderson delivered a kill.
