Ohio Wesleyan enjoyed a 9-0 edge in shots during the first half, but the Bishops could not convert on those opportunities and played a scoreless tie against Mount St. Joseph on Sunday in Cincinnati.

Freshman midfielder Tiffany Trinh (Dublin/Scioto) and junior forward Ireland Nowak (Thousand Oaks, Calif.) fired shots in the 18th and 19th minutes respectively, but Lion keeper Madison Hart recorded the save on both.  Trinh would have 2 more chances at the Lion goal during the opening half, but Hart stopped both shots.

Sophomore forward Avery Maxeiner (Sunbury/Big Walnut) had a chance in the opening seconds of the second half, but Hart recorded the save.

MSJ's only shot on goal came in the 55th minute, but freshman goalkeeper Natalie Ryan (Beavercreek/Dayton Carroll) made the stop.

Ohio Wesleyan outshot Mount St. Joseph, 16-2.  Ryan had 1 save in posting the shutout.
