Women's Soccer Predicted to Place Second in NCAC

The Ohio Wesleyan women's soccer team was predicted to finish in second place and Wittenberg was selected as the favorite to win the North Coast Athletic Conference championship by the NCAC women's soccer coaches in their 2024 preseason poll.

Wittenberg, a 2023 NCAC co-champion, received 3 of the 8 first-place votes and compiled 56 points in the poll.  Defending co-champion Ohio Wesleyan collected the remaining 5 first-place votes and finished second in the poll with 54 points.  Denison, the 2023 NCAC tournament champion, was third with 48 points, followed by DePauw (46), Wooster (32), Kenyon and Oberlin (22), and Hiram (8).

Ohio Wesleyan begins its season on Fri., Aug. 30, against Mount St. Joseph at the Jay Martin Soccer Complex.
