DELAWARE, Ohio – D3hoops.com released its annual all-region teams on Wednesday afternoon, naming Ohio Wesleyan University junior forward
Macy Miller to the All-Region 7 First Team as well as the Region 7 Most Outstanding Player. This is Miller's second All-Region nod and Ohio Wesleyan's third-straight regional Most Outstanding Player award following two from
Kasey Schipfer in 2024 and 2025.
Miller's season accolades include Jostens Award Finalist, NCAC Player of the Year, All-NCAC First Team, D3hoops.com First Team Preseason All-American, and now D3hoops.com Regional Player of the Year and All-Region First Team.
Miller led the Battling Bishops to a 21-6 record – 11-3 in conference play – and their fourth-straight NCAA tournament appearance with hosting rights, ultimately ending in a close second-round loss to a high-powered WashU team. She started 24 of her 25 games played, leading the NCAC in rebounding with 11.7 RPG and a close second in scoring with 16.2 PPG. Miller also ended second in the conference in blocks with 1.7 BPG, third in steals with 2.3 SPG, and third in field goal percentage.
Miller provided some big moments on the court this season, most notably at home against Kenyon on January 14th when she became the 20th Bishop in program history to surpass 1000 career points. A few weeks earlier, on January 3rd she became the first Bishop to pull down 20 or more rebounds since 2000, grabbing a career-high 20. Finally, in the regular season finale on February 21st, Miller recorded yet another career high with 29 points at Denison.
Miller will now receive consideration for the D3hoops.com All-America teams to be released on March 16th at the national championship game.
