WOOSTER, Ohio – The Ohio Wesleyan University women's golf team was back on the course this past Sunday and Monday, competing once again in a tournament hosted by Wooster – the Eva Shorb Weiskopf Invitational at Wooster Country Club. The Battling Bishops tied for fourth in the seven-team field, shooting rounds of 374 and 381 for a total of 755 strokes.
Audrey Nichols led the Bishops in both rounds, carding an 85 and a 91 to finish tied for seventh at 176.
Angela Soellner shot a 91 in the first round, followed by a 94 to tie for 17th with a total of 185.
Lexi Rush recorded a 93 in round one, adding just one stroke in round two at 94 to total 187 and earn 19th place.
Samantha Mazotas totaled 207 strokes after shooting a 105 and a 102, finishing tied for 32nd at 207.
Carly Lehman managed a 105 in round one, followed by a 113 in round two for a final score of 218. She finished in 35th place.
