MEDINA, Ohio – The Ohio Wesleyan University women's golf team continued their spring season on Monday, competing at the Wooster Invitational hosted by Wooster at Fox Meadow Country Club. Sophomore
Audrey Nichols led the Battling Bishops to victory in the head-to-head competition with the Scots, winning co-medalist honors at 84 for the round and pacing the team's 19-stroke victory with a team score of 352.
Nichols led the Red and Black – and tied for the lead in the 11-player tournament field – with an 84 to win co-medalist honors.
The Bishops swept third, fourth, and fifth place with
Carly Lehman,
Lexi Rush, and
Samantha Mazotas shooting respectively 85, 90, and 93.
Angela Soellner recorded a 99 in her ninth place finish.

The Battling Bishops will take part in another Wooster-hosted event next Sunday and Monday, competing at the Eva Shord Weiskopf Invitational in Wooster at the Wooster Country Club.
