Biography

2019:  Won second-team All-North Region laurels from D3football.com as special-teams player and first-team All-North Coast Athletic Conference honors as defensive end...started all 10 games.
  • Ranked second in NCAC in sacks (9½), tackles for loss (14½), and blocked kicks (3).
  • Shared team lead with 7 tackles vs. Otterbein Sept. 7.
  • Collected 2½ sacks among his 4 stops at Kenyon Sept. 14.
  • Forced and recovered Gator fumble at Bishop 6-yard line to preserve scoreless tie vs. Allegheny Sept. 28...finished with team-high 9 tackles, including 2 sacks and 3 for loss, and a pass breakup.
  • Named to D3football.com Team of Week and selected as NCAC Defensive Player of Week for his efforts against Allegheny.
  • Made 8 tackles, including 1½ sacks and 2½ for loss, at Wabash Oct. 5.
  • Blocked Tiger field goal attempt to preserve 7-0 Bishop lead vs. DePauw Oct. 19...later blocked extra-point try to end first half.
  • Named to D3football.com Team of Week as special-teams player for his efforts against DePauw.
  • Blocked Terrier extra-point try to keep game at 17-6 at Hiram Oct. 26...finished with 8 tackles, including half a sack and 2 for loss.
  • Contributed 7 tackles at Wittenberg Nov. 16.
2018:  Won first-team D3football.com All-America recognition as special teams player...also was first-team D3football.com All-North Region pick as special teams player...won third letter as defensive end.
  • Made 4 stops, including 1 for loss, vs. Wooster Sept. 15.
  • Blocked 3 kicks, keeping Bishops within striking distance, at Denison Oct. 20...blocked PAT after Denison touchdown in first quarter, keeping game at 6-0...blocked PAT after Denison touchdown in second quarter, keeping game at 12-3...blocked Denison field goal attempt in third quarter, keeping game at 12-3...also made 2 tackles.
  • Named to D3football.com Team of the Week as special-teams player after his efforts in the Denison game.
  • Blocked 2 kicks at Oberlin Oct. 27...blocked 31-yard field goal attempt in first period to protect 14-0 Bishop lead...blocked PAT attempt after Oberlin had closed to within 20-13 with 3:37 left in the game...the ball was returned for a defensive extra point, increasing Bishop lead to 22-13...also made 3 tackles, including a sack and 1½ for loss.
  • Named to D3football.com Team of the Week as special-teams player after his efforts in the Oberlin game.
  • Made 4 tackles, including a sack, and intercepted a pass vs. 20th/22nd-ranked Wittenberg Nov. 3.

  • Named to D3football.com Team of the Week for his efforts against 20th-ranked Wabash.
  • Credited with a pass breakup vs. Denison Oct. 21.
  • Blocked extra-point kick vs. Oberlin Oct. 28.
  • Recorded tackle for loss at ninth-ranked Wittenberg Nov. 4.
2016:  Won first letter as defensive end...saw action in 7 games.
  • Intercepted pass at Mary Hardin-Baylor Sept. 3.
