Mason Tomblin is in his second season as an assistant football coach at Ohio Wesleyan. He coaches the Battling Bishop defensive line.
Tomblin returned to his alma mater after spending the 2017 season at Miami University, where he worked as a graduate student intern. With the RedHawks, Tomblin worked daily with the quarterbacks coach and co-offensive coordinator, managed and led the scout team linebackers, worked with opponent and Miami video, and assisted with recruiting.
He is a 2017 Ohio Wesleyan graduate. Tomblin was a 4-year letterwinner as a linebacker for the Battling Bishops. He was an honorable mention All-North Coast Athletic Conference selection, a semifinalist for the National Football Foundation's Campbell Trophy, a 3-time NCAC Scholar-Athlete selection, and served as team captain.
Tomblin is a native of Wooster, Ohio.
