Jacob Calai is in his first season as assistant volleyball coach at Ohio Wesleyan University in 2026-27, joining the coaching staff in March 2026.
Calai comes to Ohio Wesleyan from Otterbein University, where he served as a graduate assistant for the 2024 and 2025 seasons. Prior to Otterbein, he spent two years as the Coordinator of Volleyball Operations at NCAA Division I program Miami University.
A 2022 graduate of Eastern Michigan University, Calai earned his degree in Sport Management with minors in Health Education and Communication. Calai is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Allied Health at Antioch University.
