Jaime Douce is in her ninth season as an assistant volleyball coach at Ohio Wesleyan University.
Before returning to Ohio Wesleyan, Douce served as head coach of the Junior Olympic Club Volleyball team in her native Marion, Ohio, for 4 seasons, and coached at an individual level, working with players one-on-one to improve their abilities and confidence.
Douce is a 2008 graduate of Ohio Wesleyan, majoring in accounting and minoring in coaching. She was a 4-year letterwinner in volleyball for the Battling Bishops, twice receiving All-North Coast Athletic Conference honors. She finished her career as Ohio Wesleyan's all-time leader in digs.
