Ohio Wesleyan University freshman Chris Pavelic (Old Greenwich, Conn./Greenwich) has been named a North Coast Athletic Conference Player of the Week for the week of Nov. 4, it was announced by the NCAC.
Pavelic, a member of the Ohio Wesleyan men's golf team, was named Men's Golfer of the Week.
Pavelic finished second among individuals to lead Ohio Wesleyan to a second-place finish at the Battle of the Brook, hosted by Ohio Wesleyan at Plum Brook Country Club in Sandusky, Ohio. Pavelic carded a 2-under-par 69 during Monday's first round and finished with a 142, a single stroke away from medalist honors.
