Ohio Wesleyan University junior Sara Johnson (Dublin/Coffman) has been named a North Coast Athletic Conference Player of the Week for the week of Dec. 8, it was announced by the NCAC.

Johnson, a member of the Ohio Wesleyan women's track & field team, was named Women's Sprinter/Hurdler of the Week.

Johnson won 2 events to lead Ohio Wesleyan to the team title at the Purple & White Invitational, hosted by Capital University on Friday.  Johnson won the 60-meter hurdles in :09.21 and broke the tape in the 200-meter dash in :26.35.
