Ohio Wesleyan University junior Sara Johnson (Dublin/Coffman) has been named a North Coast Athletic Conference Player of the Week for the week of Feb. 9, it was announced by the NCAC.

Johnson, a member of the Ohio Wesleyan women's track & field team, was named Women's Sprinter/Hurdler of the Week.

Johnson won an event and helped a relay team to a victory as Ohio Wesleyan won the team title at the Bob Shannon Invitational on Saturday.  She won the 60-meter hurdles in :09.12 and placed second in the 60-meter dash, and was part of the Bishop 800-meter relay team that broke the tape in 1:48.64.
