Ohio Wesleyan University junior Colin McShane (Columbus/Olentangy) has been named a North Coast Athletic Conference Player of the Week for the week of April 18, it was announced by the NCAC.
McShane, a member of the Ohio Wesleyan men's track & field team, was named Men's Sprinter/Hurdler of the Week.
McShane, competing at the All-Ohio championship meet, helped the Ohio Wesleyan 400-meter relay team win its event in :41.64. He also won All-Ohio honors in the 400-meter dash, finishing third, and added a seventh-place finish in the 200-meter dash as Ohio Wesleyan won its second consecutive All-Ohio team championship.
