Ohio Wesleyan University senior Derek Todd (Edina, Minn.) has been named a North Coast Athletic Conference Player of the Week for the week of March 27, it was announced by the NCAC.
Todd, a midfielder on the Ohio Wesleyan men's lacrosse team, was named Men's Lacrosse Player of the Week.
Todd recorded a hat trick in Ohio Wesleyan's 11-9 win at Kenyon on Saturday. He put the Bishops on scoreboard with a goal in the first minute of play, scored a goal to increase the Ohio Wesleyan lead during the fourth quarter after Kenyon had closed to within 9-8, and completed the hat trick with a fourth-quarter goal after Kenyon had pulled within 10-9.
