Ohio Wesleyan University senior Sarah Fowler (Mount Vernon/Fredericktown) has been named a North Coast Athletic Conference Player of the Week for the week of April 17, it was announced by the NCAC.

Fowler, a member of the Ohio Wesleyan women's track & field team, was named Women's Distance Runner of the Week.

Fowler won the 5000-meter run in 18:04.76 as Ohio Wesleyan won the team title at the All-Ohio Division III championship meet for the second straight year.
