Ohio Wesleyan offers all students many opportunities to set themselves up for a successful future...

Meet the Bishops:  Get to know a little about Elizabeth Rabold of the Ohio Wesleyan women's basketball team.

Name:  Elizabeth Rabold

Class Year:  Sophomore

Major:  Psychology

Minor:  Business

How/Why did you choose Ohio Wesleyan?
I chose Ohio Wesleyan because it is close to family and it's a small liberal arts college so that gives me the opportunity to build close relationships with the professors and the students. Ohio Wesleyan also offers all students many opportunities to set themselves up for a successful future!

How/Why did you choose your major?
I chose my major because I have always known I wanted to select a major that gives me the opportunity to help others. I also find learning about the human mind and human behaviors very interesting so I thought Psychology would be a perfect fit for me.

Why did you choose to compete in sports at Ohio Wesleyan?
I chose to compete in sports at Ohio Wesleyan because the competitiveness and success of the program stood out to me. The coaches and girls on the team are always there to push you to be the best version of yourself on and off the court.

How/Why did you choose your event/position?
I chose my position because I have always played as a two or three guard and I like being able to run and see the whole court which gives me the chance to get the ball to my teammates or take the ball myself when open.

What are your strengths as an athlete (as an individual)?
I think my strengths as an athlete are my intensity and hard work. I also like to lead by example and set the tone and level of competitiveness that all my teammates should be at, not just during games but even in the small drills at practice.

What are your three favorite movies?
Avatar, The Grinch Who Stole Christmas and the Harry Potter Movies :)

If you were told you only had one week to live, what would be on your bucket list?
Something that would be on my bucket list would be traveling to Greece or Italy.

What is your spirit animal?
My spirit animal is a tiger!!

What is your favorite stay-at-home activity?
My favorite stay-at-home activity is hanging out with my family and taking naps:)

What is the last show you binge watched?
The last show I binge-watched was New Girl.0
