Why did you choose Ohio Wesleyan?
I really loved a smaller school environment for learning and getting to know my professors. I really liked the coaching staff and the tennis team, they were super accommodating during the recruiting process.
Why did you choose your major?
I really like working with people and I like sports and want to help people be able to play sports again while getting to know them.
Why did you choose to compete in sports at Ohio Wesleyan?
I knew that I wanted to play tennis in college. OWU gave me a great balance of not only being an athlete but being able to participate in clubs and still succeed in the classroom and have a social life.
What is your favorite memory on an Ohio Wesleyan team?
I really loved the spring break trip to Florida. The team got really close and we had a great time competing and going to the beach.
Do you have any pre-event rituals or superstitions?
I always have to end warm-ups on a made serve. I can never end on a miss.
What is your number one goal, personal or team, for this season?
I would love to make the All-North Coast Athletic Conference team, however for the team, I want us to be able to compete with every team in the conference and for other teams to see how much we've improved.
What athletic or academic achievement/accomplishment are you most proud of? What did you do to put yourself in position to achieve that?
In high school, I would say my biggest achievement was winning the state championship. I was religious how hard I worked both on the court and in the gym really trying to achieve this dream. In college, I would say being NCAC Player of the Week my freshman year. That also took a lot of grit to achieve because there were times I didn't know if I could do it.
If you could have a super power, what would it be?
Definitely teleportation. I would want to be able to travel anywhere instantly.
Which reality show would you like to star on and why?
Definitely American Ninja Warrior. I want to see how far I could get on the course.

Roger Federer, Kendall Schmidt (from Big Time Rush), and Ty Tucker (OSU tennis coach)
