Ohio Wesleyan University senior Tamra Londot (Utica) has been named a North Coast Athletic Conference Player of the Week for the week of Sept. 2, it was announced by the NCAC.
Londot was named Volleyball Player of the Week.
Londot, a middle hitter, helped the Bishops win their first 3 matches of the season. She collected 10 kills in a 3-0 win over Wilmington on Friday, added 9 more in a 3-0 win over Earlham on Saturday, and led the Bishops with a season-high 21 kills and added 3 blocks in a 3-1 win over Grove City on Saturday. On the week, she compiled 40 kills, an attack percentage of .400, and 9 blocks.
