Ohio Wesleyan University freshman Sarah Fowler (Mount Vernon/Fredericktown) has been named a North Coast Athletic Conference Player of the Week for the week of Sept. 9, it was announced by the NCAC.

Fowler was named Women's Cross Country Player of the Week.

Fowler led Ohio Wesleyan to the team title at the OWU Invitational. She finished fourth overall, completing the 5000-meter course in a time of 19:07.0.
