Bishops Unable to Break Through in 3-0 Defeat at Capital

COLUMBUS, Ohio – The Ohio Wesleyan University women's soccer team traveled to Capital on Wednesday evening, looking to secure their second road victory of the season. The Red and Black struggled to get their offense going in the first half, tallying just two shots. After the break, Capital's Bella Leonetti broke the scoreless tie as she found the back of the net in the 48th minute. Just three minutes later, Juli Sprague doubled the lead to 2-0, before notching another insurance goal in the 54th minute as the Comets quickly took control of the contest, 3-0.
