DELAWARE, Ohio – The Ohio Wesleyan University men's soccer team (1-3-1, 0-0-0 NCAC) faced Penn State Behrend (3-0-2, 0-0-0 AMCC) on Saturday afternoon, playing in the ninth annual Luke's Game to honor the life and legacy of Luke Gabbert. The Battling Bishops held a 2-1 advantage heading into the final minutes, but with less than three on the clock, Penn State Behrend scored the equalizer to make the final 2-2.
Right out of the gate, the Battling Bishops started off strong with a goal in the second minute of the game. It was

Callum Wiggins in front of the net, who then powered it into the lower left for the 1-0 lead.
Shortly after, OWU increased their lead to 2-0 with a 16th-minute header by
Jordan Domoe.
Jack Jennings was responsible for the primary assist, lobbing one into the box following a secondary assist from
Luis Canas.
Itching to get back in the game, Penn State Behrend managed to get one back just before halftime to make the score 2-1.
The second half of the game was low-scoring compared to the quick goals in the first half. The Battling Bishops fought hard to stay ahead, but unfortunately their efforts fell short when Penn State Behrend scored in the 88th minute to tie it up and leave the final score at 2-2.
THE NUMBERS
OWU led in shots attempted at 13 with five shots on target, opposed to Penn State Behrend at 11 and four on target. Behrend had six corners compared to Ohio Wesleyan's three. The Lions made three saves; the Bishops made two.
Callum Wiggins scored his first goal of the season.
Jordan Domoe netted his first goal as a Bishop.
Vittorio Renda,
Jack Jennings, and
Luis Canas each picked up an assist. Renda moves into the season lead with two.
Zach Hertzberg started the game, making one save and allowing one goal.
Andrew Davison (1-1-1) took over in the second half and also had one save and one goal-against.
