Ohio Wesleyan University senior Sean Vollenweider (Westerville/St. Francis DeSales) has been named a North Coast Athletic Conference Player of the Week for the week of March 17, it was announced by the NCAC.

Vollenweider, an outfielder on the Ohio Wesleyan baseball team, was named Baseball Player of the Week.

Hitting at the top of the Bishop lineup, Vollenweider batted .370 during Ohio Wesleyan's spring trip, collecting 10 hits in 27 at-bats.  He led the Bishops with 8 RBI and 7 runs scored on the week, and was 6-for-7 in stolen bases as Ohio Wesleyan went 3-3.
