Ohio Wesleyan University senior Whitney Lonnemann (Cincinnati/Mariemont) has been named a North Coast Athletic Conference Player of the Week for the week of March 16, it was announced by the NCAC.

Lonnemann, a member of the Ohio Wesleyan women's tennis team, was named Women's Tennis Player of the Week.

Lonnemann went 3-1 in singles and 4-1 in doubles play in helping Ohio Wesleyan compile a 4-1 record during its spring trip.  Lonnemann was a double winner in victories over Marietta, Webster, and Bridgewater, and helped the Bishop No. 1 doubles team to an 8-0 win against Gordon.
