Ohio Wesleyan University senior Ifa Abduljelil (Whitehall/Whitehall-Yearling) has been named a North Coast Athletic Conference Player of the Week for the week of Feb. 20, it was announced by the NCAC.

Abduljelil, a member of the Ohio Wesleyan men's track & field team, was named Men's Sprinter-Hurdler of the Week.

Abduljelil finished second in the 60-meter hurdles in a time of :08.37 at the Raider Tune-Up, hosted by the University of Mount Union on Saturday in Alliance.  The meet was not scored.
