Why did you choose Ohio Wesleyan?
I chose Ohio Wesleyan because it gave me an opportunity to continue the sport I love for another 4 years. The atmosphere and feel of the campus overall was different from anywhere else I had visited, and I knew I wanted to come here after my first visit.
Why did you choose your major?
I chose finance because I have always been good with numbers and believed this major would help me better understand how money works in the real world.
What is your favorite memory on an Ohio Wesleyan team?
My favorite memory on the football team at Ohio Wesleyan was beating Wittenberg for the first time in over a decade in my hometown while my high school band was performing there.
Why did you choose your position?
I chose linebacker because I never liked offense and wanted to be the guy hitting people, not getting hit.
What is your number one goal, personal or team, for this season?
My team goal is for us to win out the rest of the season, and a personal goal is to make all-conference.
What athletic or academic achievement/accomplishment are you most proud of? What did you do to put yourself in position to achieve that?
I'm most proud of making Academic All-District® last season. I had to put in the work on the field and in the classroom and it was nice to be recognized for it.
If you could have a super power, what would it be?
I always thought The Human Torch from the movie "Fantastic Four" was sick, so probably that super power.
What is your favorite place to eat in Delaware, and what is your go-to dish there?
Favorite local restaurant is Son of Thurman. I always get a burger but which one depends on how I'm feeling that day.
What is your ideal travel destination?
Hawai'i to play some golf

The Pro Football Hall of Fame
What advice would you give to someone considering becoming a student-athlete?
My advice for anyone considering being a student-athlete is you have to be good at managing your time because sports will take up a lot more time in college, so you have to be prepared to work ahead on your school work to be able to balance life, sports, and school. I would also tell them that it was 100 percent worth it because of the memories I've had and the relationships I've built that will last a lifetime.
