Why did you choose Ohio Wesleyan?
I loved the feel of campus, the opportunities available in the biology department, and being able to continue playing softball at the college level.
Why did you choose your major?
I always knew I wanted to work with animals and the biology department here has many different avenues for field work experience, research, and other connections.

Competing in sports at Ohio Wesleyan has allowed me to continue my passion for softball while also being surrounded by a supportive athletic community.
Which is your favorite position?
Second base because I run less than in the outfield.
What is your favorite memory on an Ohio Wesleyan team?
My favorite memory is creating lifelong memories and bonds with my teammates on and off the field.
Do you have any pre-event rituals or superstitions?
The whole team plays hacky sack or Frisbee® after we are done warming up and it helps us relax and have fun before a game.
What is your number one goal, personal or team, for this season?
My primary goal for this season is to contribute to the team's success and the team's goal is to win the NCAC tournament.
What are your plans for after graduation?
I am currently searching for a lab in order to complete a master's degree and a Ph.D. in freshwater fish ecology.
What is your favorite place to eat in Delaware, and what is your go-to dish there?
Amato's Woodfired Pizza! Their tortellini in alfredo sauce is sooooo good.

Who is your favorite movie character and why?
Any character Adam Sandler plays because of his sense of humor.
What advice would you give to someone considering becoming a student-athlete?
Make sure to choose a team that has a good team culture because it has such a big impact on your athletic experience in college.
What is your favorite season and why?
Summer because I love spending my days fishing, swimming, and being in the sun.
What is your favorite book and why?
I don't have a favorite, I like too many of them!
