Ohio Wesleyan University junior Tamra Londot (Utica) has been named a North Coast Athletic Conference Player of the Week for the week of Feb. 4, it was announced by the NCAC.
Londot, a member of the Bishop women's basketball team, was selected Women's Basketball Player of the Week.
Londot, a post player, averaged a double-double for the week as Ohio Wesleyan won a pair of NCAC games to even its conference record at 6-6. She hit her first 6 shots from the field on the way to a team-high 19 points and grabbed 9 rebounds in a 63-45 win over Wittenberg on Tuesday, then led the Bishops with 14 points and 12 rebounds in a 60-50 win over Oberlin on Saturday. On the week, she averaged 16.5 points and 10.5 rebounds per game while hitting 62.5 percent of her shots from the field.
