Ohio Wesleyan University sophomore Hannah Sampson (Kent/Roosevelt) has been named a North Coast Athletic Conference Player of the Week for the week of Feb. 18, it was announced by the NCAC.

Sampson, a member of the Ohio Wesleyan women's track & field team, was named Women's Distance Runner of the Week.

Sampson, competing at the Kent State Tune-Up meet on Saturday, finished third in the 3000-meter run in 10:38.49.
