Senior midfielder Meredith Wholley (Brentwood, Tenn.) has been named a North Coast Athletic Conference Player of the Week for the week of March 18, it was announced by the NCAC.
Wholley, a midfielder on the Ohio Wesleyan women's lacrosse team, was named Women's Lacrosse Player of the Week.
Wholley scored to break a 10-10 tie and put the Bishops ahead to stay in a non-conference win over Otterbein on Wednesday, and after the Cardinals had rallied to within 13-12, it was Wholley with an insurance goal to restore the 2-goal margin and help seal the outcome. Wholley scored a team-high 5 goals in the game.
