Ohio Wesleyan University junior Colton Bloecher (Lewis Center/Olentangy Orange) has been named a North Coast Athletic Conference Player of the Week for the week of Sept. 23, it was announced by the NCAC.

Bloecher was named Men's Soccer Player of the Week.

Bloecher, a midfielder, scored both Ohio Wesleyan goals as the second-ranked Bishops overcame a 1-0 deficit to take a 2-1 win at ninth-ranked Ohio Northern on Wednesday.  Bloecher then scored the game-winning goal midway through the second half for a 2-1 win over Baldwin Wallace on Saturday.  Bloecher has scored the game-winning goal in Ohio Wesleyan's last 3 wins dating back to Sunday, Sept. 15.
