Ohio Wesleyan University Athletics

Ohio Wesleyan University sophomore Abbey Warth (Massillon/Tuslaw) has been named a North Coast Athletic Conference Player of the Week for the week of March 31, it was announced by the NCAC.

Warth, a member of the Ohio Wesleyan women's track & field team, was named Women's Distance Runner of the Week.

Warth finished second in the 3000-meter steeplechase at the Don Frail Invitational, hosted by Marietta College on Saturday.  She completed the race in 11:34.54, battling challenging weather conditions.
