Jewett Named North Coast Athletic Conference Volleyball Player of the Week for Week of Oct. 1
Ohio Wesleyan University sophomore Molly Jewett (Eagle, Colo./Eagle Valley) has been named a North Coast Athletic Conference Player of the Week for the week of Oct. 1, it was announced by the NCAC.
Jewett, a setter on the Ohio Wesleyan volleyball team, was named Volleyball Player of the Week.
Jewett compiled 41 assists in 3 sets in Ohio Wesleyan's 3-1 win over Mount St. Joseph on Thursday. In the Bishops' 3-0 win over Oberlin on Saturday, Jewett distributed 33 assists and added 3 service aces, 2 block assists, and 2 kills. On the week, she averaged 12.33 assists per set.
