Ohio Wesleyan University Athletics

Ohio Wesleyan University sophomore Matt Hunter (Lexington, Mass.) has been named a North Coast Athletic Conference Player of the Week for the week of April 8, it was announced by the NCAC.

Hunter, a member of the Ohio Wesleyan men's track & field team, was named Men's Sprinter/Hurdler of the Week.

Hunter won an event and helped a relay team to a first-place finish as Ohio Wesleyan won the team title at its Marv Frye Invitational.  Hunter won the 110-meter hurdles in :14.85 and ran on the Bishops' winning 400-meter relay team, which broke the tape in :42.40.
