Ross Selected to USA Lacrosse Magazine Preseason All-America Third Team

SPARKS, Md. – Earlier this week, USA Lacrosse Magazine released their Division III Preseason All-American picks for the upcoming 2026 season. Named to the third team was Ohio Wesleyan University junior midfielder Henry Ross. This is Ross' first time earning the honor.

Ross was the conference-leader with 51 goals and 80 points last season, also accumulating 29 assists, 30 ground balls, and 10 caused turnovers while starting all 18 of his appearances. He would lead the 2025 Battling Bishops to NCAC Regular Season and Tournament titles before the season came to an end in the second round of the NCAA Tournament with an overall record of 15-4 and unblemished 8-0 mark in conference play.

To this point in his young career, Ross is a two-time All-American Honorable Mention, a two-time IMLCA All-Region V First Team selection, a two-time All-NCAC First Team selection, and of course the 2025 NCAC Offensive Player of the Year. As far as career stats go, he currently totals 91 goals, 44 assists, 135 points, 49 ground balls, and 29 caused turnovers with a career shooting percentage of 31.9% and a career on-goal percentage of 63.8%.

Ross and the Red and Black get their season going on February 7th at Selby Stadium as they host Stevenson at 1 p.m.
