Chuck Thomas (2-2) was OWU's highest finisher, placing fifth overall in the 197 bracket and securing six points. Thomas lost his first match by a fall at the 3:11-mark before bouncing back in his second match with a pin in just 31 seconds. From there, he dropped his third match on a 12-6 decision, but ultimately secured fifth place with a fall in 6:22 in his final match of the day.
