DELAWARE, Ohio – Inside Lacrosse recently announced their Nike Lacrosse Preseason All-Americans for the 2026 Division III men's lacrosse season. Named as honorable mentions from Ohio Wesleyan University were junior attackers
Henry Ross and
Wade Beckstrom as well as senior midfielder
Noah Citek.
The trio led the Battling Bishops to NCAC Regular Season and NCAC Tournament titles last season, before bowing out in the second round of the NCAA Tournament with an overall record of 15-4 and unblemished 8-0 mark in conference play.
Ross was named the NCAC Offensive Player of the Year and earned an All-NCAC First Team selection with 51 goals and 80 points last season, also accumulating 29 assists, 30 ground balls, and 10 caused turnovers while starting all 18 of his appearances.
Beckstrom was also selected to the All-NCAC First Team, posting 47 goals, 30 assists, 77 points, 31 ground balls and eight caused turnovers last season.
Citek ranked third in the NCAC last season in both ground balls (156) and ground balls per game (8.21). He led the Bishops on the faceoff going 245-of-416 for a 58.9% win-percentage. Citek also tallied three points on one goal and two assists as well as four caused turnovers.
The Red and Black look to get their season going at last on Saturday as they head to Grove City for a 3 p.m. faceoff.
