Grogan led the NCAC in both ground balls (33) and caused turnovers (20) during conference play this season, and finished second in draw controls (38). Overall, she led the Bishops in all three categories with 72 draw controls, 64 ground balls, and 36 caused turnovers, also tacking on six points all through assists. Grogan ends her career as the program record-holder for draw controls (282), ground balls (229), and caused turnovers (138). This is her third-straight All-NCAC First Team selection and fourth-straight all-conference honor with a third team selection in 2023.
Colangelo led the Bishops in all three offensive categories this season with 30 goals, 27 assists, and 57 points. She also collected 13 ground balls, caused three turnovers, and picked up one draw control. This is her first All-NCAC Second Team selection and second all-conference honor following a first team selection last season.
Reynolds was a threat on both ends of the field this season, as one of the team's leading midfielders. She finished the year with the second-most caused turnovers (17), tied for third in goals (23), and finished fourth in points (26), ground balls (31), and draw controls (19), while also dishing out three assists. This is her first all-conference honor.
Leeper was the mainstay in the cage for the Bishops this season, putting in nearly 750 minutes and keeping a record of 9-6. During conference play, she kept the NCAC's third-highest save percentage (49.6%) and finished second in saves (67). Overall, she made 114 saves at a rate of 49.4% against 327 shots faced with a goals-against average of 9.40. This is her first all-conference honor.
The Red and Black finished the season at 9-6 overall with a 3-4 mark in conference play.
