NORTHBOROUGH, Mass. – The Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaches Association (IWLCA) released its 2026 Division III Academic Honor Roll and 2026 Academic Honor Squads on Wednesday afternoon. Ohio Wesleyan University was named an Academic Honor Squad in addition to having six players named to the DIII Academic Honor Roll: seniors
Shae Cretu,
Sam Frary,
Cadence Jobe,
Madeline Lundin, and
Tiffany Trinh, and junior
Grace Gagne.
It is the second IWLCA Academic Honor Roll selection for Cretu, Frary, and Lundin, and the first for Gagne, Jobe, and Trinh. Cretu recently graduated with a major in Education: Integrated Science for Teachers and a minor in Chemistry. Frary recently graduated with a major in Zoology. Jobe recently graduated with a double-major in Psychology and Special Education. Lundin recently graduated with a major in Social Justice and Pre-Law and a minor in Spanish. Trinh recently graduated with a major in Biochemistry. Gagne is majoring in Business Administration with a minor in Psychology.
The 2026 honor roll saw 1350 student-athletes honored from 174 different Division III institutions. In order to be eligible for this honor, student-athletes must be a junior, senior, or graduate student and have earned a cumulative grade point average of at least 3.50 on a 4.00 scale.
Teams earning a combined GPA of at least 3.20 on a 4.00 scale achieved the distinction of Academic Honor Squad. The 2026 list featured 357 programs across the three NCAA divisions and NAIA.
