Andy Taylor '84 was an all-region selection as a defender in soccer.  His senior year, he as a second-team All-Mideast, honorable mention All-Ohio, and first-team All-Ohio Athletic Conference pick.  As a junior, he helped anchor a Bishop defense that allowed only 10 goals in 22 games, including a school-record 8 consecutive shutouts.  He was a 2-time winner of the team's Fred Myers Spirit Award.  Ohio Wesleyan was 66-15-9 during his 4 seasons, reaching the NCAA Division III playoffs all 4 years and winning 2 Great Lakes Regional titles.
